I have seen more people succeed with hardwork and dedication than with some papers to show they are good at studying. I mean I am a diploma holder, but some of my top management team that works for me holds a degree.
Don’t get me wrong, they are as valuable as myself in this company. And they are where they are merely because of their hardwork. All I’m saying is certs mean nothing without hardwork.
